Now it’s time for your valuation call. During this call we’ll review the P&L and give you a selling price. We’ll also walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have!
Screen Investors
Now we have a selling price, it's time for us to speak to our investors. We have access to thousands of investors looking to acquire brands. They are based all over the world, with most located in the U.S, UK, and UAE.
Get Paid!
Once we have a buyer, we’ll create a broker transaction on Escrow.com. When the transaction is complete, funds will be sent to your bank account with our commission being paid simultaneously.

Hi, my name is Zach. I’ve spent the past three years in Ecommerce, launching, scaling and selling four of my own brands. Throughout this journey, I have gained valuable experience in brand sales and built a strong network of investors worldwide. I began building these relationships over the past two years from helping my friends exit their own brands, it quickly became clear that I had a true passion for connecting buyers and sellers which led me to found EcomSwappa. In just the past few months, I’ve managed over $400K in brand acquisitions and now oversee a portfolio of Shopify brands valued at over $2 million. It’s been an exciting journey, and we’re only just getting started.

At Ecomswappa we do not take any upfront fees. We have fixed commission rates based on the selling price of your brand which will be quoted on the valuation call. Then we will proceed with the broker agreement contract stating exclusivity, our commision and the selling price.
We want our sellers to feel completely secure when selling their brand. That’s why we’ve partnered with Escrow.com, a trusted platform that protects both buyers and sellers. Escrow holds the payment until all transaction terms are met. Once the buyer has received and accepted the store transfer, you’ll receive your funds directly and our commission is paid simultaneously. This way, you can feel confident knowing that your payment is guaranteed with Escrow.com holding the funds securely on your behalf.
